Miner Dig Deep - XBox Live Indie Gem
Miner Dig Deep is probably the most accurate game title I've ever read. In the game, you play as a miner and you dig deep. The game does not tell a story. There are no enemies. You do not have a horrific harpoon gun with which you can impale creatures and inflate them until they burst. Your arsenal consists of a pick ax, a kerosene lamp, and the drive and determination to dig deep, damn deep.
Terminator Salvation Xbox 360 Review
If the events foretold in the Terminator franchise are true, and Skynet is destined to rise up and destroy the human race, this game is definitely the first step in their takeover. Peggle Now Available on Xbox Live Arcade
Peggle, PopCap Games' plinko-like casual game, is now available on Xbox Live for a paltry ten bucks. Buy it. Buy it now. How can you resist a game with an adorable chipmunk named Jimmy Lightning who rides a skateboard? On second thought, he might be a beaver. It doesn't even matter. What matters is that Peggle is one of the most fun, addictive games you will ever play. The writing is hilarious; even the Xbox Live achievements had me laughing. The game blasts Beethoven's Ode to Joy when you complete a level. What more could you want? This is the game that you'll start up when you're not sure what you want to play. You'll always be in the mood to play Peggle. Even Yahtzee had trouble putting it down.
